About the Work
Pain is a sign
Talk to me.
Tell me about your current relationship.
You’re hurting. What’s causing the pain? Describe your thoughts and feelings.
What have you experienced? What does the other person not understand about how it makes you feel?
Looking back is key
Yes, we have to go there… the past.
There might be something terribly familiar about that pain. Who or what in the past does it remind you of?
Exploring significant relationships from the past may bring up difficult feelings. But often, those feelings are associated with specific meaning in your life.

Becoming healthy
Healing is a process.
But you don’t have to go through it alone. We’ll work through it together.
As we sort out the past from the present, you’ll learn how to define boundaries to form healthier relationships. Sometimes, that means grieving the losses from your childhood.
You’ll also develop greater insight about things said or done in the present that trigger the unhealthy beliefs formed in the past.
This is the process of healing. And it all begins with a single step.

About Me
I have experienced the emotional pain that comes with relationships.
And I know personally the importance of working through the wounds to build closeness and intimacy with the people in my life.
I love the work I do helping people in their healing process. It is a sacred journey!
I believe that healing is such a need in so many people’s lives that I have made it my career to be a therapist. I received my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and maintain my professional license, LMFT#77523.
Take that step
Reach out to me today at (626) 872-4373.
I would be honored to make that sacred journey toward healing with you.
